Our professional and trained staff are expert jugglers, appraising, pricing, and selling everything from furniture to fine art. We organize and stage events ensuring that the customer gets top dollar for all items needing a new home. We specialize in handling all types of sales including absentee sales. Our average turnaround time for an estate sales is a week from start to finish.

1. The process begins with a free consultation at your home to assess the scope of the project and determine the best course of action for you.
2. We will evaluate your valuables, set a date for your sale (upon agreement) and then start photographing and advertising immediately. Estate sales can run from three to four consecutive days.
3. To get the sale ready, we will come to your home and start organizing and sorting items. That includes light cleaning if necessary, grouping/staging items and pricing all items. If we find personal items we will set them aside for you to review.
4. After the home is staged, we will take more photographs to continue marketing the sale.
5. The days of the sale, we will put up signs to advertise the estate sale in the neighborhood. Additional marketing will be sent out the morning of the first day. Our friendly staff will greet every customer and answer all questions. At the end of the day, we will send you a sales summary.
6. After the sale is completed, depending on your needs (clean-out, donation runs, dump runs), we will meet with you and provide you with a more detailed sales summary for all days. We do offer consignment and at this point we would talk about it in detail and write up an agreement. 

We usually provide you with a check for the your share of the sale within 48 hours after the completed sale.

We also offer complete and partial cleanouts and haul away.
